You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of marriage in your country, whichever is higher) and legally able to enter into a marriage to use Meetoxx.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You must provide true, accurate information. We may remove profiles that contain false, misleading, offensive or illegal content without notice.
Do not harass, threaten, defraud or impersonate other members; do not post pornographic, hateful, or unlawful content; do not use the platform for commercial solicitation, dating, or non-matrimonial purposes.
We may verify your identity and review your content. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
Some features are free; premium features may require payment. All fees are listed in the app before purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Meetoxx provides a platform to connect — we do not guarantee a match or marriage. Use your own judgment and meet members safely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetoxx is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app message at least 14 days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
