How do I create a Meetoxx account?

Download the Meetoxx app from Google Play, enter your phone number, verify the OTP, and complete the onboarding to build your profile. Free in every country.

I lost access to my phone number — how do I log in?

Use the "Login with email" option on the app or write to us at infomeetoxx@gmail.com with your old number, name and a recent screenshot of your profile so we can verify and update it.

How do I delete my Meetoxx account?

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm with OTP. Your profile, chats and photos are permanently removed within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.

Can I change my registered email or phone later?

Yes. Visit Settings → Account → Update Contact. You will need to verify the new email/phone via OTP before the change takes effect.

How do I make my profile stand out?

Add a clear front-facing photo, fill every field honestly (education, work, lifestyle), write a short genuine "About me", and answer the 5 quick prompts. Complete profiles get 4× more matches.

Why was my photo rejected?

Photos must show your face clearly, be free of group selfies and watermarks, and follow our community guidelines. Common rejections: heavily filtered, blurry, or covering most of the face. Re-upload a recent photo.

Who can see my photos?

You choose: Everyone, Only matches, or Only after acceptance. Photos are watermarked and right-click protected in the app and on the web.

Matchmaking

How does Meetoxx match me?

We use compatibility signals — community, education, profession, location, lifestyle, family values and the preferences you set. Our system improves as you accept/skip suggestions.

Can I filter matches by country or city?

Yes — set Preferences → Location to one or more countries (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, etc.). NRI and diaspora filters available too.

I am not getting enough matches — what should I do?

Try widening your location radius, completing all profile fields, refreshing your main photo, and replying to interests within 48 hours. Highly active profiles surface higher.

Verification

How do I get a verified badge?

Verify phone + email + add a government ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving license). All checks are encrypted and visible only to our trust team. Verified profiles get a blue checkmark.

Is my ID safe with Meetoxx?

Yes. IDs are stored encrypted at rest, accessed only by our trust & safety team, never shown to other members, and deleted on request.

Payments & Premium

Is Meetoxx free to use?

Yes — creating a profile, browsing, sending interest, and chatting are all free. Premium adds priority match suggestions, see-who-liked-you, and unlimited filters.

How do I cancel a premium subscription?

Open Google Play → Subscriptions → Meetoxx → Cancel. You will keep premium features until the end of your billing cycle.

I want a refund — how does it work?

See our Refund Policy. Eligible refunds are processed in 7-10 business days.

Safety

How do I report a suspicious profile?

Open the profile → tap the three dots → Report. Choose a reason. Our trust team reviews 24/7 and acts within hours.

Is my phone number visible to matches?

Never by default. Chat happens in-app. Your number is only shared if you explicitly choose to.

Someone is asking me for money — what should I do?

Never send money to anyone you meet online. Block, report, and email us at infomeetoxx@gmail.com. We take financial fraud extremely seriously.
